Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process.

2. We try our best to ship all orders that we have in stock on the same day, most orders get dispatched a few hours from time of order. If ordered after 6pm or on holiday, we'll ship it out next day. We take each online order seriously and try to get it dispatched immediately.

3. Customers from Bengaluru -We have an option of "Local Pickup" during checkout (No Shipping Charge), you can choose this option to purchase the product on the website and come collect it at your convenience from our Warehouse.
If you select Shipping during checkout, it should reach you the following day (except Sundays and Govt Holidays) from day of dispatch .

4. In order to ship the products, we require a complete address and phone number including postal code for every order.

5. All orders will be shipped by ground/surface shipping unless customer selects a "Express Pre-order" product, and you will receive a consignment tracking ID to track the shipment by Whatsapp once package is shipped.

6. Shipping available only within India. Overseas shipping, currently unavailable.

7. Pre-Orders: This is an option we are giving to customers, to have wider and frequent access to products that we don't usually stock or currently are not stocking.
We try to keep delivery times as low as possible for pre-order products..

Products listed with this message will be shipped by Air/Express Courier.

Express Pre-orders are expected to reach most Pin codes in Tier 1 Metros within 24-48hours.
In the unlikely scenario, the customers pin code does not have 24-48 hour option and has limited delivery coverage, it'll be delivered in the next soonest timeframe available delivered within 3-7 days.
If coverage is very limited and is going to take longer than 7 days, we'll immediately call the customer.

If a customer wants a Pre-order product by regular shipping only and is willing to wait a couple of days, does not want the higher express shipping charge, please Whatsapp us we can help customer place order with Surface/Regular shipping rates.

In the unlikely scenario that a pre-order product is not available with the company and cannot currently be brought down for the customer, we will give the customer the option to get a full refund(no deductions), this should give the customer significant ease of mind while placing pre-orders.
