Is there a Community for 8 Mile Rider which I can be part of?

Yes, Currently we publish all our community updates of past and future in our official Facebook and Instagram page

Do 8 Mile Rider offer membership?

No, there is no membership offered from 8 Mile Rider community at the moment.

Do you have a store which I can visit?

No, We have a warehouse. So we prefer to operate online.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for the order during the checkout process. All the transactions are handled by  Razorpay.

Why am I being charged TAX?

As per the current government guidelines, GST must be charged on all finished goods.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, all orders will be serviced within Indian territorial limits.

When will I get my ordered products?

We ship out orders from our 8 Mile Rider Warehouse within 1-3 days, assuming the product is in stock. Standard Shipping takes additional 5-7 days from the day of shipment.

What if I received the wrong product?

That shouldn't happen, but if we accidentally send you the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct one. If you receive the wrong product, please email us at 8milerider@gmail.com with your order details. For more information, refer to our Returns and Cancellation Policies.

What if the product is Damaged?

We thoroughly inspect all products for damage before shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at 8milerider@gmail.com and retain the original packaging in case a return is necessary. For more information, refer to our Returns and Cancellation Policies.

Is my credit card information safe if I purchase online?

Yes, absolutely. Our payment gateways are managed by reputable financial organizations that ensure all security protocols are enforced to protect your credit card details during transactions.
